ABOUT

I was raised outside of the small town of Garden City, Missouri, surrounded by timber and pasture. As a kid, I used to love watching storms roll through, slowly engulfing the distant tree lines and structures. For the first half of my career, I was almost exclusively a landscape artist. I spent years trying to capture the surrounding backdrop of the Midwest in my work; oil pumps, windmills, cattle, and the wide open spaces of the West. But as my career evolved, I've become primarily a sports artist, specializing in realistic portraits of some of the greatest and most influential athletes in the world.

I received a Bachelor of Fine Art from Central Missouri State University in 2003. I work out of my studio in Raymore, MO.
